Chloe (Jaehee) Lee is an AI Governance design lead at IBM, with a background in UX design and design strategy. In her current role, she crafts design frameworks for AI governance systems, leveraging her human-centered design experience to prioritize AI transparency, fairness, and compliance with regulatory standards. Her work ensures that AI technologies are not only innovative but also aligned with societal values.
Previously, she worked for consumer-facing digital product UX, including smart home systems at LG Electronics in Seoul and an eCommerce platform for the luxury fashion at Versace in Milan. As she transitioned into AI governance design, she has focused on addressing both the technical and human aspects
in AI system design.
As a workshop organizer, Chloe will introduce an approach that balances the practical and ethical dimensions of AI. She invites discussions on topics related to her expertise and the participants to explore the challenges of designing a trustworthy AI system.
She’s born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, lived in Spain, England and Italy. Currently based in Stuttgart, Germany. A dog mama and a serious fashion lover.
